India has more than 50% of its population below the age of 25 and more than 65% below age of 35. So India is a young country with more young people in the country. But most of them lack the required skills to be employed or start their own business. The objective of our initiative is to train large number of youths in industry relevant skills to help them in securing a better livelihood. Training is provided to college and school dropouts and unemployed. Our skill development initiative includes:

• Short term training: short term training is provided for organic farming, bee keeping, mushroom culture and marketing, poultry farming etc.
• Long term training: long term training is provided are computer education, beauty and salon, two wheeler service technician, carpentry, short hand, stitching, fine arts, crafts and home furnishing.
• Pre Examination coaching:  We provide free pre-examination coaching for UPSC, CLAT, GATE, SSC and other competitive exams to underprivileged students. Our free coaching equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in these exams, providing focused guidance and resource to help them achieve their academic and career goals.
• Placement guidelines: We provide placement guidelines to ensure that the skilled workforce is guided into the right field as per demand of the market.
